*TEST ONLY* Getting Started One Month Premium Package
PLEASE DO NOT SELECT THIS UNLESS YOU WERE ASKED TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS TEST RUN BY THE COACH.
This is your welcome package to the Naturally Spriggs' THM Coaching Program. With this option, your coach will get to know you. Within an hour, you and your coach will begin to develop a plan to assist you on your Trim Health journey. Prior to your one-hour meeting with your coach, you will be provided with a Coach/Client Agreement, a Sleuth Form (background information about you), and a three-day food journal. Please have these completed and emailed back to your coach three days prior to your first meeting.
You also get:
-Three Weekly check-ins from your coach for the entire month (text and/or phone calls)
-One 1-hour grocery store tour with your coach to show you how to shop on plan
*The Getting Started Package and a completed Coach/Client Agreement are required before the program is started.
