This option, is for those who are already seeing a THM coach, but who need a little extra support for one month. Since you are already signed up with your coach, will have access to the following:
-Three Weekly check-ins from your coach for the entire month (text and/or phone calls)
-One 1-hour grocery store tour with your coach to show you how to shop on plan
*The Getting Started Package and a completed Coach/Client Agreement are required before the program is started.
